The price is for a single CPU license that is not for commercial use, including consulting.
A user manual is provided. However, the user must have a good understanding of the DEA methodology.

This version contains the models that are discussed in the two books of Zhu (2003) and Cook & Zhu (2004).

The above license fee includes a 1-month free technical support. The technical support is provided only by email and we do not guarantee any turn-around time for answering technical help. The free 1-month technical support is only for using the DEAFrontier software and does not deal with the DEA modeling issue.

DEAFrontier (Complete Version) uses Excel Solver, and does not set any limits on the number of DMUs, inputs or outputs. However, please check www.solver.com for problem sizes that various versions of Solver can handle. The standard Excel Solver shipped with Microsoft Office solves problems with sizes of 200x200.

DEAFrontier has two versions. One version for Excel 97, 2000, 2003 (XP) and the other for 2007. DEAFrontier for Excel 2007 does not work under other versions of Excel, due to the fact that the Excel Solver "Solver.xla" is changed to "Solver.xlam" in Excel 2007. (For the same reason DEAFrontier for Excel 97, 2000 and 2003 (XP) does not work under Excel 2007.)

DEAFrontier for Excel 97-2003 works under the Solver Platform for Excel 97-2003 & 2007.
